@GabrieleTheMan If you cut sugar while you were used to have a lot, don't hesitate to eat fruits like banana or apple, it can prevent "craving". And no matter what some people say, the sugar in fruits is way healthier than sucrose or glucose! As for fast food, it's good, but if you end up going there anyway, go for white meat such as chicken, even in a fast food, there still have choices that can be "worst" than other! Glad if it can help you even a little 🫡🫡
Indeed, i do eat often likely everyday the bananas daily for this period!

A lots of factor are to be considered! Do you hydrate correctly daily? Eat enough fibers?
In such a small time frame, I can recommend using a calories tracker, I sadly don't have enough information.
Fundamentals being, hydration, eating enough fibers and overall fruits and vegetables, enough but not too much carbs and from a good source (not "bad" sugars), avoid "saturated" fat/lipids. etc etc
If you "mess" on the fat/sugar part, have cardio physical activity to balance.
To get it easier, if you don't eat (enough) fruits and veggies add a bit more. If you don't hydrate with clear water enough, drink a bit more. If you have too much bad sugar try to cut a bit or replace it. If you have too much fat / lipids try to cut or replace it.
In terms of meat, always prefer "white" "dry" meat over fat/red one.
These advices are messy! I'm yet to start school in September xD

That's very useful, i'm already avoiding sugar for whole days, even fast food foods!
